Aquios® RCS400 Salt Free Water Softener Replacement Cartridge
The Aquios RCS400 Salt Free Water Softener Replacement Cartridge is a poweful cartridge that prevents hard water scale and corrosion from forming on your pipes, fixtures and appliances. This cartridge is for water conditioning only and does not provide any water filtration and is a perfect solution if you already have a water filtration system or a sediment filter. By utilizing natural, commercial strength water conditioning technology that doesn't require salt, you can be assured of clean, great tasting, conditioned water for you and your entire family.
The RCS400 is the replacement cartridge for the AQS400 Salt Free Water Softener. It is also compatible with our 220 Series.

The Aquios RCS400 Salt Free Water Softener replacement cartridge utilizes a natural, polyphosphate additive known as Siliphos to soften and condition your water. Siliphos has been utilized in the commercial food service industry for thirty years and has been proven to be effective in both eliminating and reducing existing limescale build-up on fixtures, pipes and appliances. In addition, it doesn't utilize salt, is environmentally friendly and keeps new scale and calcium deposits from forming on your pipes and appliances. The Aquios filter is rated up to 60,000 gallons of usage. It is recommended that the filter be replaced every 6-8 months for a typical family of four.
The RCS400 is the replacement cartridge for the AQS400 Salt Free Water Softener but can be used in any one of our 220 Series systems.
