Aquios® has worked diligently to ensure that ordering our water treatment systems and replacement filters on the web is easy, simple and secure. To order a product online, select "Add to Cart" listed on any product information page. To view or update the contents of your cart during your visit, select "View Cart" or "My Cart" from the web site navigation menu. The shopping cart page includes the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. After the items you want have been added to your cart, select "Checkout " from the shopping cart navigation menu.
You may create an account or purchase as a guest. All personal information is secure and will not be shared or sold to any third parties. During checkout, you will be asked to checkout as a quest or register. You will be asked to provide your billing address, shipping address and credit card information. Be sure to review your information prior to final checkout. Click "submit order" to receive confirmation of your order, including an order number and email summary. Do not click “submit order” more than once. It may take a minute to process depending upon internet congestion, but one click is all it takes. As a registered customer of Aquios, you may login to your account using your email address and password to view your order history, order status, wish list and personal profile.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will be notified by email or telephone of any problems experienced in processing your order.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Delivery costs are charged extra at the rate shown on our site when you place your order. These charges will depend on the delivery method chosen. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to residents of Texas.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most orders received by 2:00 PM Central Time are shipped the same day. Domestic Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground, United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Standard delivery time is 2-6 business days from the time your order is processed. We provide free shipping on orders over $75.00. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental United States and is only valid for retail customers.
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
At Aquios® we strive to deliver outstanding products with outstanding service. All Aquios® systems provide a 20 year warranty on system housings. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within sixty (60) days under our “No questions asked” guarantee. Products installed that do not qualify under a warranty replacement may incur a 15% restocking fee. Free shipping does not apply to returns or replacements. No refunds will be issued without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and until the returned product has been received in our facility. Installation charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for used cartridges.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notifiy us within 48 hours of receipt. You may contact customer care at 888-475-0343 ext 3 or email us at email@example.com. In order to expedite your return or warranty replacement, please include the model number, date of purchase and distributor name (if applicable). Once this information has been received and processed, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) code. This RMA code must be included in the return shipment documentation in order to receive a product replacement.
You may view or check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My Account. Sign in with your email address and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in to online My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.
